El día 4 celebramos el día de la Mujer, antes de tiempo, ya, pero es que caía en domingo y no se podia hacer en ese día por diversas razones. Siempre lo hacemos junto con la Asociación de mujeres de Purchena "Montecarmelo". Se proyectan una serie de actividades, conjuntamente con el Ayuntamiento, y colaboramos todas y todos. Este año se ha aprovechado el Taller de empleo de corte y confección, realizado con la finalidad de que las mujeres participantes en el mismo aprendieran a coser trajes de alta costura y colaboraran en la confección de los trajes de los Juegos Moriscos que se celebran todos los años en este pueblo en Julio. Todo esto con vistas a que un hipotético día, algunas de estas mujeres se unan y formen una cooperativa o asociación y se metan en el mundo del trabajo con lo que han aprendido. Aprovechando que se les iba a entregar los diplomas de participación durante un año en este taller y que habían realizado una serie de trajes muy bonitos, se ha llevado a cabo un desfile en el que jóvenes mujeres del pueblo se han ofrecido a pasear esos trajes, creando así una actividad muy bonita. Aquí os dejo algunas de las fotos que recogen esta actividad.
¡Ah!, se me olvidaba decir que algunas de estas mujeres son alumnas de nuestro centro.
